This year also the company Galeb proudly supported the FONboarding project organized by the Faculty of Organizational Sciences. At this extraordinary event students had the opportunity to become more familiar with the work dynamics in the business world, as well as to connect with
companies and learn about the opportunities these offer.
The first part of the project included the organization of the Fair, during which we explained our company's way of doing business to the students and introduced them to the Leaders of Generation project, the goal of which is the development and mentoring of young talents and ambitious students who are ready to take the role of leaders in their fields.
We also participated in the panel discussion Share your golden experience on the topic Generation Z in the workplace, where we discussed together with the representatives of six more companies the characteristics of this generation, their expectations, as well as ours, and challenges in business that we expect in the future. In the part of the project called Blind networking, we gave students an insight into what an interview with an HR manager looks like and allowed them to practice personal presentation skills in business world. This part of the event allowed the students to prepare for their future careers and also provided them with the confidence and motivation to excel in the recruitment process.
We were particularly inspired during this event with the energy and enthusiasm of the students. Their curiosity and desire to engage were encouraging, which also makes us excited about the possibility of future collaborations with this talented generation.
We are honored to be a part of this great project for the second year in a row, which aims to bring together market leaders and students who want to improve professionally in some of the eminent companies.
