Accepted job applicants, on the second consecutive program Leaders of Generation, started working on December 1. The group consist of seven young and ambitious people employed at the locations of Belgrade, Ub, and Sabac.
In the next six months the Leaders of Generation will acquire new knowledge and skills with the support of mentors. The leaders will also have the opportunity to show what exactly made them part of the company Galeb!
Let us remind that the Leaders of Generation is a Galeb’s program aimed to empower young people at the beginning of their careers. The program is intended for graduates and those nearing the end of their studies. The Leaders of Generation are offered paid employment with the support of mentors while progressing, working, and developing new skills and knowledge.
